Dan R. Hall, Licensed Real Estate Broker

 Dan Hall has been working in the Central  Florida real estate market since 1979 when he became office manager for Harold Hall Realty. Within two years, Dan was appointed head of the company, having got his broker’s license in 1981.

Dan enjoys meeting new clients to help them sell their property or to buy a new home or investment property. His extensive knowledge of the Central Florida property market and a vast network of local contacts coupled with his friendly, no nonsense approach will ensure your transaction is a great success!

During the early 1990's, the family-owned company opened branch offices in downtown Sanford and on Park Avenue in Winter Park.

In 2009, Dan established Hall Realty LLC and continues to focus his real estate expertise on helping clients buy and sell property in Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties. Dan has personally sold more than a thousand homes.

A lifelong Florida resident and Navy brat, Dan was born at the Orlando Air Force Base Hospital and attended Seminole Community College and the University of Florida. Dan is a past president of the Sanford Downtown Merchants Association, and previously worked for Ford Motor Company in Sanford as assistant manager responsible for purchasing, marketing & public relations.
